Reconciling in Christ
We believe God loves every single human being—all races, ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities, religions, and political convictions.
Each of us is precious to God.
As a “Reconciling in Christ” (RIC) congregation we believe in the full welcome, inclusion, and equity of our LGBTQIA+ siblings in all aspects of the life of the church.
What it means to be Reconciling in Christ
The Reconciling in Christ movement within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is organized by ReconcilingWorks: Lutherans for Full Participation. "ReconcilingWorks advocates for the acceptance, full participation, and liberation of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions within the Lutheran Church."
